In the present capacity, I am tasked to spearhead a multitude of responsibilities spanning annual budget strategic planning, accounts, asset management, documentation, operations management, MIS, and budgetary control. I develop, recommend and direct all short term and long range financial plans consistent with corporate philosophy and strategies. Providing direction to all financial operations (company, project and subsidiary) and maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies is another key aspect of my job. Alongside, I maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts and preparing a trial balance

As a Head of Finance I am responsible for monthly MIS handling corporate finance, arranging working capital management with banks and getting the accounts audited, tax planning, preparation and analysis of budgets with MIS.

Leading the the Statutory/Internal Audit team guiding the audit team preparation and presentation of Audit reports to Partners/ Clients and done audit of Manufacturing compnies and Insurance companies.

Complete responsiblity of Accounts and Finance with Banking relation ship and conolidation of accounts and finance and daily handling of cash flow and preparation of budgets and MIS and anlysis of the same.Managed working capital loan from Banks.

Completly Managed the Internal Audit department of Manufacting companies spread accross India and also done audit of stock,excise and depots spread accross India and overseas given advice on taxation apart from regular audit work.

Leading the Bank concurrent/Statutory audit and along with statutory audit of manufacturing companies with representing firm in the banks for audit commitee meeting.

Handled the Finance at HO for the branches spread accross the country and prepared the finalisation of accounts.
