Predictev was a consumer-facing software startup that aimed to be the social layer for prediction markets, financial markets and sportsbooks. Its foundation was a patent-pending social prediction game powered by blockchain technology. Featuring sports as its first vertical, Predictev had products supporting live, in-game predictions as well as in-depth pre-game analysis.• Led product development team and counseled on IP protection and regulatory compliance.• Communicated team’s vision for Predictev to investors, employees and users.• Raised funding from Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator and angel investors.• Negotiated/drafted employee, contractor and vendor agreements.• Drafted domestic and international patent applications protecting Predictev’s technology.• Led team’s launches of blockchain testnets and front-end user interface products.• Recruited advisory team, including the Oakland A’s COO and Pandora’s former CEO.

Created E-Sports Live, a brand focused on hosting and covering e-sports events. We successfully organized and executed large-scale competitive video gaming events throughout Texas. Sponsors included Red Bull and national video game retailer Game Crazy.
