As part of project, piloted Critical Chain project methodology for IT function.• Led recruiting communications efforts for all functional areas for GE corporate-wide at Indiana University.• Defined new organizational structure and common processes for the Oracle ERP, PMO and Siebel internal COE’s (Centers of Excellence) in the second half of 2006 as part of leadership appointed taskforce.
