Served as Tesla's head of general litigation and member of legal leadership team. Oversaw Tesla's intellectual property, government investigations, antitrust/competition, class action, securities and commercial litigation globally.

I was a federal criminal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia in the cybercrime unit where I investigated and prosecuted a broad range of criminal activity, including hacking and other cyber intrusions, cyber-enabled thefts of intellectual property, child sexual exploitation, and complex fraud schemes that utilize the internet and the dark web. I was often tapped to investigate significant cyber incidents implicating national security and maintained a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. My reputation as a tenacious trial lawyer garnered me an invitation to teach trial advocacy to students at Harvard Law School. Awards:U.S. Army Cyber Command Community Partner of the Year (2020) - First lawyer to ever win award for work to expose and prosecute cyber sabotage of U.S. Army network systems.FBI Service Award (2020) - Recognition by FBI Director for my investigations and prosecutions of significant cybercrime.

During my summer internship at the U.S. Department of Justice, I had the opportunity to assist federal prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of South Carolina. My responsibilities included supporting the prosecution of Eric Preston Hans, who was accused of burning down a hotel and killing six people. I conducted legal research, drafted responses to motions, and prepared trial exhibits to help secure Hans' conviction for arson and murder.

Summer job in high school. Learned that a customer centric approach often drives growth and revenue. Great first job.
