Being raised in Brixton, South London, notorious for its expression of arts, culture, street food and fashion, I was surrounded by creativity from an early age. It's no surprise that I quickly found a passion for creating visual content and capturing the culture around me on my Canon 7D that I picked up with the savings from my job as a cargo agent.It was a trip to South Africa in 2015 that was a turning point in my life when I spent most of my 2-week holiday capturing the sights of forest, beaches and mountains. My return to the UK led me to chase my passion for creativity and eventually applying for a freelance job at media agency, Flavr. Once the project was complete, I was offered a permanent role in the London-based company and now act as a lead visual content creator, expanding my work from photography to a wide list of skills including animation and cinematography.Outside of work I have a deep love for football (as any true Englishman!) and play 11-aside football every week. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new cities. I would describe myself as a very independent and hard working individual who is extremely self critical of his work. Having been raised in the humble settings of a rural South London town, I understand the value of hard work and fighting to have your voice heard. Being half Dominican and half British, I have had the privilege of experiencing two completely alternate cultures throughout my childhood and feel that it has made me an open-minded person who appreciates all backgrounds and faiths.
