- Led a project to transform corporate churn reporting from an Excel-based analysis operation to a near-real-time business intelligence environment, reducing the monthly churn reporting process to just a few hours.- Developed Qlik reports and visualizations to provide business intelligence insights into customer’s usage and active API calls.
