Inventory management via cell phones and software that is live, FM Audit software to track your meter reads automatically for billing and toner alerts for automatic and no charge toner deliveries.We have excellent technicians, that are well trained and have access to all the resources to get our customers doing what they do best, and not having to worry about a broken black or colour photo copier or multifunction printer.I built the territory from virtually scratch. Cold calling, networking, follow up and follow through. I received more than my share of referrals from satisfied customers that were used to the rep only showing up when the lease was ready to expire. I worked to meet the different stake holders through the company to make an impact at each level. My other strength lies in my ability to work with the service team and understand the challenges they have and help them work with the client.     Working at Audio Video entailed many responsibilities. First and foremost had to sell and hit my own targets, while of course working with our team to help them achieve their targets, and ultimately the store target. Merchandising was a never ending item, not that I had to do it all, but as the manager had to follow up to make sure it was done. With product constantly coming in and out of the store, this was one of the toughest challenges, especially when the store was busy. I was fortunate that for a good period of time, I had a great team of veterans to work with. During my tenure there, we increased profits 40% first year and another 30% the next. We did that by working hard on our introductions, better product knowledge which led to more up-selling, and tripled the Extended Warranty sales, and offered to give them the opportunity to spend those dollars in the store again, if they did not use the warranty!Personally I was awarded the companies Mexico or Hawaii trip 5 years in a row for outstanding sales, profit and extended warranty sales.
