In this position, I worked with many functional groups within GE Aviation, as well as external organizations, to help ensure coordination between the different groups. By working closely with the Ethiopian Airlines team I was able to identify gaps in support and them communicate this with the GE and vendor teams to ensure it was support.As the Senior Field Service engineer, I lead the effort to hire a new field service engineers and provided direct input in the hiring of contracted field service engineers.
