Lead a group of multi-discipline engineers that designed, deployed, and maintained on premise infrastructure and public cloud environments across multiple domains for Corporate IT. The primary focus of the Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team was as follows:- Data Center Compute, Storage, and Virtualization- Server operation and compliance support - Public Cloud migration and operations support (Google Cloud Platform)- Data Center ADC, LAN, WAN, and Storage Networking- Branch Office LAN, WAN, and WLAN

As part of the infrastructure operations team I worked to design, deploy, and support data center WAN/LAN and Storage Network environments, remote office LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, and highly available application delivery controller environments.

As one of the world's largest producers of sugar, I worked as part of the global network engineering team that lead up architecture, deployment, and support of multiple network disciplines for our farming, refinery, research, warehouse and corporate office locations.

Various duties split between level 3 service desk escalation for managed service client issues and project engineering for new deployments.This included work in technologies within the fields of routing, switching, data center deployments, security, and wireless work.

A member of the network operations team, I am responsible for small and medium sized network deployments and improvement projects. In addition to the various projects that I am responsible for I continue to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair any network issue that would arise at any of our retail, wholesale, or corporate locations.Becoming more focused as a Routing & Switching engineer my deployments and projects would include that of implementing various location data network backbones.

Part of the network operations group at TBC corporation which is responsible for the implementation, support, and troubleshooting of a vast network of various equipment spanning across the United States to support retail, warehouse, and corporate locations.

Responsible for a team of 16 analysts supporting over 1300 retail, warehouse, and corporate locations nationewide. The Service Desk is the customer facing portion of IT and will troubleshoot, escalate, and solve any IT related issue.

Worked as part of the TBC Service Desk to support multiple retail, wholesale, and corporate locations nationwide. Support included, but wasn't limited to PC issues, network issues, POS issues, and proprietary system issues.
