I designed and developed, in a small team, a generic notification web service for health care customers. The notification service allows health care customers to broadcast messages to their employees and track responses. An example is when a hospital needs to fill a nurse shift. They can easily send a shift opening to all available employees and get the first responders to fill the shift. The notification service could deliver messages by email, sms, interactive voice response and push notification. The service was designed to be highly scalable and would scale up and down automatically based on demand. The notification service leveraged Azure Web Roles, Azure Worker Roles, Azure Service Bus, Sql Azure and Azure Table Storage.Azure, MVC 3, WCF, Entity Framework, .Net 4.0

I designed and developed, in a small team, a custom CMS proof of concept for Northwestern Mutual sales representative. Implemented a redesign and a technology switch for Frontier Airlines (Java to .Net). The new design offers greater usability with use of new images, large text and ajax. The redesign required the integration with several existing services, such as, authentication, pricing, profile, miles, airport codes and some new ones like geo ip location.
