Community Impact Programming: Programming developed to help Conservatory students become thriving musicians in the 21st century through a suite of community-based performances, interactive performances and a teaching pedagogy program, resulting in 100% annual participation in community-impact programming within the Conservatory. ► Grew Colburn’s board member engagement and increased community-based programming by serving as the staff-liaison for the Community Engagement Advisory Committee and initiating regular engagement between Colburn’s President, the Director of Development, and with Colburn’s Board of Directors. ► Collaborate with the institution’s development team to manage a portfolio of grants and provide support for individual donors, ensuring grant compliance and full funding of programming. ► Manage a $1 million-dollar budget, a staff of two and 25+ teaching artists who work on a suite of programs, providing engagement activities to 5,000+ students from the Los Angeles area.► Lead the career development initiatives at Colburn, including: career advisement, two career development seminars (Teaching Musician and Working Musician, and the Annual New Venture Competition, resulting in individualized pathways for students pursuing a career in the arts.

Resulted in an estimated $60,000 in funding for partner organization
