About Natha H.

Graduated Master Degree at Academy of Art University in Fashion Merchandising in San Francisco, California in 2007. I was particularly interested in skin care product and beauty industry, which leaded me to get a job in cosmetics industry at Bloomingdale's Department store in 2009. During my time at Bloomingdale's, I worked at three different cosmetics brands ; CHANEL, LANCOME, and BOBBI BROWN. I was a top seller at the counter and an excellent team player. Our team at Bobbi Brown had climbed up 10 ranks to rank 7th on the third quarter of 2010 from over 20 counters in cosmetics department.In year 2012 I came back to hometown Bangkok and started working with Louis Vuitton as Senior Sales Associates and in-store trainer. I was the first team member to opening new store at Siam Paragon Bangkok which now became the busiest store and was presented a store Top Sales award in year 2014.With strong background in sales, operations, leading and coaching, I decided to join Tiffany&Co (Thailand) in year 2016 as Assistant Store Manager. With the vision to build a strong healthy teamwork I was sharing my passion in luxury jewelry business with Tiffany&Co. The team was ranked number 1 in Asia Pacific for customer experience and the sales had +35% sales growth in 2017. I was also part of the Management Leadership program.I joined Gucci as my new home in August 2108 as a Store Manager at Iconsiam. With focus on clienteling, Gucci Iconsiam became the faster growing store in Thailand with double digit growth.Thanks to Gucci, I got an opportunity to expand the skills into the role of Client Relations Manager in March 2022. My role involves planning and budgeting events, analyze client’s data, and strategic planning on client activities. Work closely with retail team to improve client’s retention and relationship. Maintain top client segments with planned engagement activities through gifts, product driven and brand experiences.With her rich experience with clients I am now managing number 1 store in South Asia and Pacific; Siam Paragon store as a Store Director, overseeing 2 stores and aim at building a strong team to support company future expansion.
