IE Opportunity Hall is a mentoring program for Industrial Engineering students at UGM (mentee), with alumni as mentors. This program aims to provide students with a valuable platform to gain insights into post-graduation pathways, participate in informative sessions conducted by industry experts, and establish connections with alumni. This year, there are 41 mentors and 70 mentees.- Designing, planning, and implementing mentorship program tailored to specific goals- Recruiting mentors and mentees, assessing their needs and skills, and matching them based on compatibility and objectives- Monitoring and evaluating the program

- Create, plan, and execute sponsorship strategies aligned with event's objectives- Contact and negotiate with all the potential partners- Collaborating with 18 sponsorship partners - Responsible for sponsorship budget allocation, monitoring expenditure, and optimizing resources effectively
