A true catalyst for creativity and collaboration, Nathalia has 18 years of experience in communications, strategy, management and ecological leadership. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to lead transformational change by creating and leading teams to structure a vision and execute its implementation. Prior to joining Propulia Capital where she lead the impact investment platform, Nathalia worked as General Manager of Yves Rocher in North America, where she led a team of 450 people and oversaw the company's entire operations, from sales to operations. With the belief that business can be transformed to be part of the solution to the polycrisis we live, she recently completed a second master’s program in Regenerative Economics, she now focuses her energy in creating opportunities to transform our economy, to one that respects our planetary boundaries and fulfills societies needs. A true entrepreneur at heart, she chose to start a consulting firm specializing in communications and digital services in the Central American city before earning her first master's degree in management at the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Since then, she has never missed an opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge with the next generation of business leaders, both here in Montreal and elsewhere.Passionate about corporate responsibility, she specialized her Masters in Economics in business' social and corporate mission, ESG metrics, impact measurement and policy direction. Her experience creating strategies to link competitive advantage and corporate social responsibility made her a member of the Group Rocher’s Sustainability Committee, responsible for leading the transformation of the company.
