Alfas Club is an exercise platform for health and well-being that helps improve the quality of life of people who require specialized training in musculoskeletal injuries and cardiovascular problems with prevalence and disability through continuing education, specialized exercise and technology. The mission: build a product that users can trust their injuries to be healed.

Hucoo is a rental property platform that provides different places to stay in Miami.The most challenging part was to unify their administration processes, they used different platforms and Excel, and now they want to build their own management system app. We had to mix all their process to create an unique digital product that fit with their needs. Including: app for clients/guest, administrators, investors and owners. To success at this mission, it was needed to:* Conduct interviews with CEO to understand the business and management process* Make user flow for the actual process and start iterate it for each platform’s feature* Build wireframes to review the UX based on users needs* Design interfaces based on selected wireframes and tested with users.* Prototype designs and demo to stakeholders* Design system for enegeenerign team

Chefi is an intelligent experience platform focused on helping restaurants improve the experience of marketing, selling, ordering, and paying for their consumers. Here we built and led a team of engineers, designers, and marketers into a successful launch in the capital of Colombia in Alliance with "Camara Colombiana de Turismo."

With Bizness we set out to build a logistics platform to leverage the power of the Gig economy. Bringing to entrepreneurs who needed deliveries, search for delivery guys near to their locations. In this project I connected the users requirements with designer and engineering team and lead marketing team based on product features. My responsabilities:* User Interviews * User Testing* Provide the product requirements* Prioritize product features* Make sure engineering team and design team are aligned with product requirements. * Make sure marketing team iterate website and communicatios with each feature launched. After 6 months of operations, we were offered the opportunity to join a bigger player in the food delivery space and work with them on the mission to change the way we order homemade dishes. Now we provide our digital infrastructure, logistics knowledge, and technical skills to our new team.

Following market needs, our clients started asking for digital products. So I continue my role understanding the real needs and pain points, now as a Product Designer building digital products fit to our clients. We helped clients and many countries with their digital and tech requirements, helping launch businesses and apps such as:* Yayos Care - An app focused on health care for senior citizens In Spain* Tia App - An app focused on food delivery for homemade dishes in Colombia* Mopet - An app focused on providing pets and pet owners with a diverse set of benefits like GPS tracking and essential supplies in the United Kingdow

We provide business and enterprise-grade digital consulting for Companies who wanted to start a digital presence and innovate their processes using tools/apps/technology.

Started making content plans and monitoring social media. To understand better this market I talked often with different team members and their experiences with clients to improve the material they need it to achieve their month goals. For client side, I had to active listening the audience and give insights to increase sales and improve costumer service.

The talent to focus on users needs and desires, give an opportunity to explore social media. At that time Facebook pages just getting started with brands, so we take advantage to learn about it taking in mind all we knew about user study and behavior, providing plan content based on it.
