As a Senior Product Owner for the e-SUS APS project, I work with several products that contribute to computerize primary care in Brazil.I've specialized in building a centralized digital signature platform that is used to sign digital documents such as medication prescriptions and medical certificates throughout primary care in Brazil. On this platform, we developed integrations with two digital signature APIs and with the federal government's official authentication system. The platform integrates with e-SUS APS, an electronic medical record system which is used in over 30,000 healthcare establishments throughout Brazil, in which I also work on developing solutions, monitoring and improvement.My main activities include:- Manage the product roadmap, tracking deliveries and maintaining transparency with stakeholders- Gathering and syntethizing quantitative and qualitative data for a data-driven decision-making- Leading product discovery in a cross-functional team, planning and executing the process and going throught briefing, definition, ideation and validation using the appropriate techniques for each stage- Planning and executing strategies to validate solution hypotheses- Monitoring satisfaction survey results and user behavioral data seeking opportunities for product improvement- Continuous evaluating and improving the product development process, establishing a data-driven culture using Google Analytics and satisfaction survey results- Performing as a Product Owner for one of the engineering teams.

As a Lead Product Owner on the DEGERTS (Department of Health Work Management and Regulation of the Ministry of Health) project, I worked on the development of a new product that aimed to improve the management of medical and multidisciplinary health residency grants, focusing on reducing problems with grant payments and improving the resident transfer process. The project was completed and the product was successfully delivered, reducing the problem with grant payments by 80%.Also, with the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to build with my team a lightning-fast product solution called "Brasil Conta Comigo – Profissionais da Saúde" (Brazil Counts on Me – Health Professionals) so that healthcare professionals in Brazil could register and volunteer to work to combat the pandemic. The product was delivered quickly and resulted in the largest self-declaratory database of healthcare professionals in Brazil.My main activities as a Lead Product Owner included:- Building and structuring a product from scratch- Manage the product roadmap, aligning scope with restrictive deadlines- Gathering and syntethizing quantitative and qualitative data for a data-driven decision-making- Leading product discovery in a cross-functional team, planning and executing the process and going through briefing, definition, ideation and validation using the appropriate techniques for each stage- Mentoring team members, creating personal development plans and recruiting new talents- Leading two cross-functional agile teams of engineers, QA and designersAdditionally, I performed as Product Owner for two of the engineering teams.

The product integrated with e-SUS APS, an electronic medical record system which is used in over 30,000 healthcare establishments throughout Brazil, in which I also worked on developing new features.My main activities included:- Identify, manage and align Ministry of Health stakeholders requirements and user needs- Backlog prioritization and defining acceptance criteria- Collaborating with the UX/UI team to create prototypes and improve the user experience- Present solutions and negotiate with stakeholders the development deadline for features- Refining solutions with the agile development team and providing support throughout the product delivery process- Crafting a Minimum viable product (MVP) that achieves Stakeholders’ goals
