I'm a positive thinker, believer, and a decision-maker. My diverse experiences of living and working in different countries and being exposed to diverse cultures have helped me develop a global mindset which I think is crucial to understand different business environments nowadays. One of the fields that attract me the most is entrepreneurship. I can strongly say that I have an entrepreneurial spirit which has led me to experiment in the creation of small businesses. One of my best experiences has been the creation of my start-up (Chocolate Health Initiative) and working with the team behind it. Being constantly involved in the start-up scene and being exposed to diverse cultures, has led me to increase my knowledge in business management and most important, it has led me to get to know myself better.I truly believe that cross-pollination amongst industries and cultures is the best way for creating more friendly working environments and therefore happier people. I have seen these environments can encourage tolerance, enthusiasm, and collaboration. Additionally, I can say that I have a special interest in collaborative and sustainable business models (circular economy for example). I feel passionate about helping and supporting different social and environmental causes and creating a positive impact in the world. I have an affinity towards the food industry the most, and chocolate is my favorite product. I have a set of skills involving a positive mind-set, empathy as a superpower, pioneering, entrepreneurship, innovation, good listening abilities and being an open and flexible team-player. I enjoy working in a multicultural and diverse team and learn from others. For me, there are no problems, only challenges. Last but not least, here, there is an extra potpourri of unique characteristics that make me unique. I am a professional Chocolate Taster, I have experience as a professor, I write poetry, I created a start-up back in Ecuador with my mom and it is an amazing lesson from failure, I love dancing, singing and hugs, I enjoy contemplation, I really like the Danish concept of ¨hygge¨, my favorite series is The Big Bang Theory, I am trying as much as possible to have a zero-waste lifestyle and I am passionate about Quantum Physics.
