PM of the SVA tribe, consisting of the BI, Insurance, and Credit/Acquiring squads.BI: Structuring the billing for Modal as a Service, connecting revenue-generating areas with the technical team, and developing a reporting system also adopted by the finance team.Insurance: Implementing the insurance module for Banco Modal in the XP app, with technological adjustments and product redesign for XP’s audience, as well as monitoring and improving existing products.Credit: Monitoring and optimizing Personal Credit, Home Equity, Consortium, and Receivables Anticipation products, with automation of receivables detection and cross-referencing.Acquiring: Designing a B2B2C product for partner banks of Modal as a Service, including payment gateways and POS, leading and executing the Product Discovery process and supplier definition.d involved partner.

Restructuring the operational model of MaaS squads, involving:- Development and implementation of a product culture;- Redesign of processes and standardization of ceremonies and reports;- Reorganization of the Jira system;- Implementation of a strategic framework to monitor KPIs;- Introduction of a new prioritization cycle across teams, including roadmap review and strategic redefinitions.Results: Alignment of workflows between squads, reduction of bottlenecks, enhanced management oversight, and increased visibility for product teams, with updates shared across the company.
