• Continuous analysis of needs providing management insight on forecasted needs, gaps and potential solutions.• Continuously evaluate demand and change, future demand, working with Resourcing Managers and ops to ensure resources are available at award.• Provide monthly reporting of forecast and analysis as required by supply managers.

Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality deliverables, and other project management activities of large, long term, complex projects, which can be multi-regional or global in scope.• Serve as primary project contact with sponsor to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.• Develop project plans for all phases of the project life cycle.• Manage project budget(s) to meet financial and company goal, proactively ensures adherence to change control processes.• Direct project activities for team members regarding their project oriented tasks to ensure that project/program milestones are met.• Evaluate probability and their impact of risks, develops and implements quality and risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables.• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects and programs.

Manage a data management department (professional and non-professional).• Consolidate resource requirements and define staffing needs that ensure project objectives can be met while maximizing utilization, realization and minimizing costs.• Monitor and manage utilization and productivity.• Define and implement department objectives consistent with broader office and regional objectives.• Provide technical advice and solutions to solve problems and improve efficiency across functions, projects and customers.• Monitor quality and efficiency across projects to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. Ensure sharing of learnings across projects and departments.• Participate in defining strategies for new processes and technology at either regional or global level.• Provide operational input into proposals for large programs and strategic partnerships.
