Supply chain leadership position in a pharmaceutical distribution company reporting to the Chief executive Officer (CEO) with responsibility for supply chain department including 9 employees. The company distributes 12.000 products, has 300 suppliers and is organized with a central warehouse and 270 own point of sales (250 pharmacies and 20 Para pharmaceutical stores). Supply chain position included planning, demand and sales forecasting, promotion management, inventory management, portfolio management, tactical buying, customer service, order management and SOP (sales/operations planning) process. Sales administration included the responsibility for inventory management &volume allocation for main drugs products at the 270 points of sales. Purchase administration included process definition of contract management, replenishment & tactical buying.
