Leadership responsibilities for a large-scale multinational project in a Fortune 100 company, including coordinating a team of outsourced specialists working on enhancing and localizing data in a large knowledge base of international topics.Key achievements:- Stepping up to lead a team of colleagues over an especially time-sensitive, fast-changing and high-profile project. I built from scratch a network of documentation, organised assignments across 1500 workers from 60+ teams, opened new escalation paths, and reported to stakeholders, initiated new processes to ensure round the clock throughput, and supported over 100 of other team leads in carrying out assignments.- Revamping documentation across the project to ensure clarity in the structure of 2k+ documents and access permissions; established templates for existing and new documents, audited documentation for consistency and clarity.- Overseeing my core team's expansion from 20 to 35 skilled contractors, based in 15 different countries and across all time zones. I established efficient and trusted communication channel and localization standards to exceed expected quality thresholds.
