Strategic and Cost Portfolio Management

• Following and analysing costs, tracking production and performance indicators and analysing the evolution of our gross operating margin.• Analysing P&L (IFRS and BGAAP) subsidiaries and variances, controlling the booking of intercommunity chargeback.• Responsible for the yearly budgeting process of the branch and quarterly Forecasts.• Building and continuing improvement of reporting used by our « Sales manager » and our « Product manager ». • Making a monthly reporting analysis of the performance for the International Department.• Construction of a consolidated reporting for all our subsidiaries for the management of the Department International as well as internal and external monthly reporting for subsidiaries included in Europe and ASIA.• Liaison with Head Office accounting department, ensuring all queries are promptly solved;• Other ad-hoc tasks, as required.• Business Excellence : Participates in the development of the ERP (SAP - BO), universe designer. • Customer Service: Development of a Dashboard to measure customer satisfaction and performance of the Department
