The focus of my practice is helping women who are dissatisfied with their careers or personal relationships. Managing stress in our personal and professional lives is so important, as is maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I know how demanding the corporate world can be. I'm originally an attorney, and practiced law for five years before making my career change. I now specialize in helping women with their career and relationship concerns. I provide remote therapy, coaching and consultation exclusively via phone and video, which allows you the convenience of working with me from your home or office.Remote therapy can be especially helpful for busy professionals, as well as stay-at-home moms who may not have the flexibility to attend in-person therapy sessions. I enjoy helping mothers with a variety of issues, including the transition to motherhood, work-life balance and relationship concerns.My practice also includes working with women experiencing mild to moderate anxiety. I use a mindfulness-based approach to help clients manage anxiety and stress. In addition to helping women lead a more balanced life, I also enjoy writing about mental health and wellness.
