LEAN 50%Contribute to the implementation of LEAN, including sparring with managers, as well as employees, regarding ideas and LEAN initiatives.Review methods and processes in the laboratory, as well as communicate standards, to find optimization options.Initiate and implement development initiatives in the laboratory.Prepare texts, instructions, spreadsheets for the laboratory and office.Update / report / collect data on initiatives such as monthly TAT and follow-up on ongoing projects, as well as submit status to LEAN cooperative team via DMS.Responsible for updating the impact tracker and other relevant information regarding LEAN projects on DMS.Daily production 50% in the Road-, Aggregate-, Building material department:Receive orders for field cases, take calls, answer questions, help with corrections and give status on reports/analyzes.Processes quality related tasks regarding equipment and calibrationsRegistration of newly arrived samples. Executive on analyzes in the road, aggregate and construction food department, i.a. petrographic analysis (TI-B52 and EN 932-3), as well as detection and determination of asbestos in building materials and imprints on geltape.Reporting of analyzes using excel, prolab, IVBM and e-lims, quality-assurance of results and sending reports to customers.Authorized to sign results for aggregates.Knowledge and executive of preparation of soil samples for environmental analysis.Criteria for success:I strive to perform all work in good quality and in accordance with agreed procedures and guidelines, as well as collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.I appreciate that deadlines are met in accordance with meetings, reporting, projects etc.Ensure that information given orally / in writing to customers / employees is not subject to errors or omissions.That initiative is taken for relevant tasks where there is a potential for improvement for the company.Contribute to successful LEAN projects, large and small.

My work experience gained from working with QA at a laboratory preforming accredited (environmental) analysis have given me insight and knowledge within the field of sampling and analysis of soil, water, building materials and emission samples in respect to different environmental requirements, as well as how an analysis-laboratory functions. The main part of the job is to ensure that all work carried out at the laboratory, including control and calibration of equipment and machinery, as well as various methods for analysis complies the requirements given by the ISO 17025 and other standards. Got responsible for the laboratories methods for sampling soil, water and emission in the field since Februar 2017, which include reviewing and updating written descriptions ensuring their quality, validity and efficiency. This is partly done behind the desk and in cooperation with the conducting sample takers. The combination between desk work and being out in the production and in the field suits me very well, and I like the communication with the various coworkers at the different stations. Varierede kvalitetsopgaver vedrørende laboratoriets virke, såsom granskning af analysemetoder, registrering og vedligehold af laboratorie- og felt-udstyr, erfaring med udførsel og godkendelse af kontroller og intern/ekstern kalibrering, samt forbedringsforlag og afvigelser. Som metodeansvarlig for prøvetagningsmetoder arbejder jeg bl.a. med granskning af feltmetoder, intern audit, udarbejdelse af vejledninger, indkøb, indkørsel og registrering af udstyr, hvori kvalitetssikring i form af overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning og krav er af stor betydning. Generelt sikre at laboratoriets ydelser er af høj kvalitet og efterlever krav beskrevet i akkrediteringstandarden DS/EN ISO/ICE 17025, samt gældende kvalitetsbekendtgørelse, hvor relevant.
