I joined the Fintech sector, which had a specific sales structure for cross-selling. Together with the leadership, I took on the challenge of structuring the entire chain of processes involved in selling financial solutions. I actively contributed to the approach strategy, sales pitch development, scrum and daily dynamics, CRM structuring and sales team cycle analysis, as well as other inbound and outbound sales activities. With a lot of prominence in this team and due to strategic structuring, I became responsible for this structure in the Custumer Success sector, with a focus on becoming a specialist, developing and applying the consultative sales approach, and in parallel training other employees for events and actions promoted by the company.

As an Expansion Agent, I identified opportunities through active client prospecting. Using upsell and cross sell strategies, I understood the clinics' needs and presented customized solutions with the aim of increasing the company's revenue.

I worked in the Sales sector where I had direct contact with clients (administrators, clinic owners, dentists) through a consultancy, I sought to understand the customer needs and give them the perfect solution for a paperless clinic, helping them in their search for a fully digital clinic.

I worked in the Customer Success sector, specifically focusing on Customer Retention and loyalty. It was here that I first met the 'Customer-Centric' model within the company. I learned about the importance of enhancing the customer experience throughout their journey with the company. Additionally, I had the freedom to improve processes within my area, making them more efficient.
