Already in early years, questions led me to new questions. And opened new worlds to me. Today questions are my approach in beginning a client journey and questions are the basis of a trustful and strong relationship.Personal freedom and lot‘s of laughter are major parts of my personality. Running shoes are always with me. Not for sprints, but for a marathon. In long runs I find independence and self-determination.Working with strong opinion leaders, authentic philantropists or independent investors gives me great pleasure. I strategically guide, mentor and coach them to excel and maximize their impact. Through tailored and personal process, we accelerate business development and organizational behavior.In my 10 years of executive experience in the financial industry I successfully lead teams through change, managed portfolios and blackbelt projects and gained great expertise in risk mitigation.Now, as entrepreneur for over a decade, I established an unique and highprofile network in Switzerland. I drive change and foster solutions while positioning clients sustainably in their respective markets.I have been a pivotal force in shaping a cross-societal platform, encouraging dialogue, and spearheading innovative solutions on fundamental topics. From 2013 to 2023, I have led and developed the think tank StrategieDialog21, focusing on a visionary, political debate. My efforts have centered on pioneering approaches such as establishing new incubators guiding strategic thinking and empower changemakers.I am also a member of the board of directors and a member of the board of trustees, as well as a Unicef delegate for Switzerland.
