As the Head of Research and Development at R&B Tea Indonesia, I lead the creation of new beverage products that meet the diverse and evolving preferences of our customers. I also manage the cost of goods sold, the quality control, and the training of new product introduction for all our stores.With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, I have developed strong skills in coaching and mentoring, decision-making, and food preparation. I have applied these skills in my previous roles as an Assistant Store Manager at KOI Café Indonesia, where I handled staff scheduling, store complaints, stock ordering, and monthly reporting.I am passionate about delivering outstanding service and quality products in the F&B industry, and I am always eager to learn new trends and techniques that can enhance our offerings and customer satisfaction. I am proud to have received the Certificate of Achievement Best Trainee from Atria Gading Serpong and the EF Standardized English Test Advance Level from EF Education First.
