Scheduling Manager - Current: Lead transition to digital / software scheduling from paper based system. Mailing Manager - Current: Oversee Mailing & List Prep Operations. Customer Service - Current:- Primary liaison between sales, customers (internal & external) for more than 30 active accounts- Prepare all invoice recaps & respond to customer related invoicing queries- Establish & implement production schedules- Purchase, manage & maintain customers’ inventory supplies for custom production & fulfillment; record & prepare forecasts for future orders- Record & update project specific materials provided through outsourcing / vendors- Provide direction & solve production problems for clients during project development, manufacturing, mailing, & distribution- Visit select client facilities to obtain, maintain & grow relationships- Use customer portals (i.e Oracle) to release production materials & maintain inventory- Generate job tickets giving client specific instructions to production, ensuring complete customer satisfactionEstimator - Prior: Generate pricing based on customer requested specifications. Suggest alternative methods to reduce production costs & gain efficiencies. Contact outside vendors for specialty projects requiring outside buys. Position requires detailed knowledge of all aspects of the manufacturing process & equipment specifications.List Prep Operator - Prior: Process mail files per client request & USPS regulations. Requires knowledge of various file formats (txt, csv, xlsx, fixed length, etc.) & mailing software. File processing included: merge/purge, de-dupe, variable data input, fixed messaging, CASS, NCOA & other cleansing.Plating (Computer To Plate) - Prior: Review & check press impositions / layouts; output, bend / punch plates for press.General Bindery - Prior: Load press material into stitcher / binder pockets, down pile mail / bulk finished product on skids. Fulfillment work- pick & pack + custom packaging.
