Coming from a background in healthcare, I understand how critical it is to work as a team in order to accomplish a task. During my time in patient care, I learned that being a ‘team player’ does not simply mean working together: It is essential to foster trust between and among leadership, peers, and coworkers to ensure my team is reliable and, ultimately, effective. Strong teamwork and communication are only two of the skills I have been able to continuously improved upon while working in healthcare; and, now, I am ready to lend my strengths toward a new career goal, and given the chance, I am ready to apply my workforce experience to mastering the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to succeed and excel.
