started at crown on a part time basis after the birth of my son, but after many changes at crown was offered the production managers position, the company had many ups and downs the hardest part was shutting down due to the AGS group collapse, but stuck at it was unpaid for 8 weeks as we did all we could in the smooth move to the Epwin group as they saw an opportunity and snapped up crown aluminium!
