This referral application allows customers to register themselves, select products from the financers (bank and others), and proceed with the loan application. In the onboarding process, at the back end, the application will check on the customer's credit, anti-money laundering and other reports via API integrations with the respective service providers. Products are matched to the customer's eligibility based on configurable eligibility criteria. Once the customer applies, the financers are notified. The referral application also provides services for the financers to update and monitor the application's status and for business personnel at CGC to manage the whole process.My responsibilities include: • Architected the entire new solution• Decided technology stack for portal, mobile and integrations• Decided on code branching strategy used • Lead front and backend application design process with senior developers• Guide database design and data migration tasks• Design and implement internal and external integrations• Involve in code reviews• Does server capacity planning for the web servers and Redhat nodes • Worked with the release manager for CICD pipeline for SIT, UAT and production deployment.• Involved in user story creation and sprint planning and execution, • Guided quality assurance team in performance testing• Meeting with stakeholders and communicating the project progress• Writing papers to present to the steering committee to request a budget for project-related needs -

The main objective of this project is to create a government-owned online gateway that will provide a web portal for citizens and non-citizens to obtain government ministries and agencies information and access their services through a single gateway. It involve implementing Single Sign On for ministries and agencies applications (single id for citizens and non-citizens to access applications), Digital and mobile ID for users, back end integration via SOA for exchange of data between these applications, content management modules, admin modules for MAMPU to manage various ministries and agencies services and integration. This solution is developed using Angular, Java, Objective C and Postgres technologies.Technical Responsibilities :• Architected entire solution• Decided technology stack for portal, mobile and integrations• Lead front and back end application design process with senior developers• Guide database design• Lead implementation on integrations with other government agencies systems• Lead development team to fix issues from security and performance testing• Code review• Lead support team for warranty period.Management Responsibilities:• Involved in project scheduling and resource planning• Manage development and deployment team• Meetings with client for pre-sales engagement, communicating on architecture and design, system development progress, issues, UAT, PAT and FAT.Also worked with similar responsibilities for Ministry of Human Resource (MOHR) Portal for their entire operation. Solutions based on EKMS have been implemented in MOSTI, MOHR and SOCSO.Mi-Helio HelivexMi-Helio Helivex is a platform to implement enterprise level app store. It allows enterprise implement their own app store which distributes corporate approved apps to employees and related entities. The apps are based on web technology that runs identically on cross devices. This enables write once and run everywhere (smartphone, tablets and notebooks) apps which can be developed using our SDK. The platform is developed using web technology mainly using NodeJS, HTML5, JavaScript and open source components such bootstrap, knockout, JQuery and others.My role in these platform developments includes from ideation, architecture and design, technology selection, managing development team and their deliverables, code inspection, verify PRs and CRs from testing team, bugs fixing to release of the platform according to MIMOS process. -
