Marketing our brand in each individual community that we are located in through school involvement and fundraisers.

Development of the largest single operator ADI in Papa Murphy's. Currently 19 locations, 250+ employees, 19 general managers and 4 district managers. Direct oversight of all operations of the company. Responsibilities include opening new stores, hiring and training managers and team members, operations cost control, customer relations management, implementation of incentive programs with continued focus and development of future managers.

Managed the highest volume Papa Murphy's out of over 1,200 locations and oversight of 5 other locations, another of which is ranked in the top 10 in volume. Responsibilities included direct oversight of 100+ employees and 5 managers, operations cost controls, development and retention of new managers. Earned several customer service awards and 100% Gold Standard awards for all six locations 2 years in a row.

During this period I managed 3 separate stores, each stepping up in volume. Responsibilities included hiring and training new team members, food and labor cost controls, consistently meeting and exceeding goals set for all managers and ordering food and beverage. I also maintained a school district account of 23 schools and 1 central kitchen, delivering over 1000 pizzas a week, and maintaining relationships with over 23 school lunch managers, 2 school district food specialists and 1 school district food nutritional manager. Earned several customer service awards and Gold Standard awards from Papa Murphy's Intl.
