Collaborate with a six-person team of full-time professional staff providing recreational programs and life-enriching experiences. Use recreation, sports, and outdoor education experiences to teach students leadership skills and life lessons • Manage two full-time staff members, a graduate assistant and 25 student staff • Modify and monitor budgets for four programs (Outdoor Connection, Climbing Wall, Outdoor Certifications and Outdoor Recreation Community) totaling over $117,000 annually • Manage the daily operations of an outdoor gear rental service, trips program and indoor climbing facility • Direct the marketing, promotion and social media engagement campaigns for eight different programs • Coordinate the delivery of 60+ outings for the Outdoor Recreation Community • Conduct risk assessments for an indoor climbing gym and 60+ trips to implement risk management plans and policies

Lead the management and administration of three major university programs (Club Sports, Special Events, and Instructional) within the Campus Recreation Department • Managed and balanced a Special Events budget of over $93,000 • Supervised and evaluated one graduate assistant, two student coordinators, and 15 student assistants • Managed 30 Club Sport accounts with financial activity over $180,000 • Created a Special Events Calendar of twelve events with participation exceeding 8,500 people
