I am a Data Scientist working at the intersection of economics, statistics, and sustainability. My career started in economic consulting, where I developed statistical models and economic testimony for litigation. More recently at Indigo Ag, I build machine learning models to quantify field-scale agricultural emissions based on satellite imagery and am listed as an inventor on three patents. I frequently leverage my technical knowledge to help Indigo’s engineering and product teams develop and execute cutting-edge software products (e.g., grain merchandising pricing tools and emissions footprinting maps)I thrive in cross-functional roles with complex and ambiguous business problems. I especially enjoy working with non-data experts to translate their (often-overlooked) subject matter expertise into useful tools and models.
