Manage and maintain the infrastructure of 5 church campuses. This includes general PMs as well as identifying and repairing non standard issues in a facility or its supporting equipment by either self performing the work or sourcing vendor(s) that are credentialed to do so. Other work includes identifying and defining capital projects with a scope of work, sourcing vendors via RFP process, and managing the project to completion. Key competences include general understanding of MEP systems and controls, awareness of industry standard building methods and materials, ability to reference and utilize As-Built drawings and/or equipment manuals, ability to utilize current technology and softwares to track projects, tasks, and budget expenditures, manipulate data, build RFPs, control and configure equipment and other such relevant tasks.

Daily responsibilities include management of equipment, tooling, and jigs and all related documentation used to build Highlander and Sienna. I often work with maintenance, production, quality, safety, and conveyance to maintain and improve current processing. Weekly work includes project management for equipment and tooling installs and upgrades in the assembly shop for current and new model Highlander and Siena. Risk assessments and Kanbans are 2 of many tools used to ensure a safe and successful project from start to finish.
