• On pace for 80% placement in fiscal year 2015-2016• Closed out fiscal year 2014-2015 with a 78% placement rate, exceeding accreditation standards• Exceeded accreditation and internal benchmarks on student retention. Initiating several action plans that surpassed corporate goals for student terminations• Conducted several successful reentry campaigns that saw, on average, 11 students reenter per month• Monitored Satisfactory Academic progress (SAP) for 300 students, advising them on available resources, which resulted in a 12% decrease in number of SAP terminations• Improved our Career Success and Human Resources Management curriculum, developing program specific learning objectives and lesson plans that led to positive student outcomes• Initiated several new policies and procedures, in multiple departments, that focused on improving student outcomes and compliance• Implemented several new programs and served as the students advocate decreasing the amount of class time that students missed by 5%• Organized professional development courses for students and graduates, developing their skills not learned in the classroom• Created, implemented and trained students on professionalism, active job search, business acumen and effective communication for success and career placement• Consistently identified and managed a steady pipeline of employment opportunities for student placement• Coordinated events on and off campus for employers and students including: Program Advisory Committee Meetings, Career Fairs, and Graduation Ceremonies
