During this internship, I worked on analyzing data for the transition from Kronos to Dimensions by using Excel to sort data which saved the company hundreds of labor hours. I also spearheaded a project to update an internal document that kept up with the various terms used inside the company called the HD Lingo document to best prepare future associates and interns for their time at Home Depot. When the project came to an end, I presented a presentation to the current CEO, Ted Decker, about the work I did that summer.

During my tenure at Amazon, I worked on several projects and initiatives leading small teams to increase safety adherence including layout changes. I also completed hourly reports using excel presenting data to help ensure customers received their packages on time. Other work that I did during my internship included doing daily safety walks to ensure safety compliance working with other members of leadership to ensure that appropriate measures were taken to write up associates who had repeated safety violations.
