I managed multiple projects, directly overseeing teams that included blockchain developers, Unity developers, video game artists, full-stack engineers, and outsourced teams, with a total headcount exceeding 30 people.Full responsibility over the MatchBox line of products reporting directly to the CEO► Completed three successful releases with 0xTitans, a pioneering platform for fully on chain Web3 games ► Led the transition from esports event format into a 24/7 game experience powered by Matchbox execution engine, a private EVM chain integrated to firebase via Pub-Sub and with optional composability by finality ► Engineered a real-time prediction game to generate active engagements of passive spectators, further enhancing user engagement and monetization. ►Built a robust real-time dashboard system based on game contract logs providing real-time data updates for players, improving the transparency and usability of our platform. ►Managed an international team comprising engineers from various fields and a UI/UX designer, taking full responsibility for recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.

► Collaborated with the core team to build 0xtitans an esport platform for on-chain games, And released the first edition of 0xmoanco- Battle of the Titans, hosting some of the leading web3 companies (such as Uniswap, Polygon, Ledger and many more)► Oversaw game design by developing and testing the game core smart contracts.► Worked with leading on-chain games companies(both external and partners of Matchbox) on POCs and developer tooling to enhance the on-chain gaming ecosystem and the CTF web3 scene. ► Created a series of educational articles dedicated to professional developers and technical audiences, covering on-chain infrastructure and game projects
