Currently working as shift manager running day to day mining activities, ensuring everybody works safely and productively. Also ensuring any contractors are signed on and have up to date paperwork carrying out site inductions for new starters and contractors carrying out management audits , SIPS if required i carry out the deployment of men update cutting plans and weekly work plans.carry out handovers on work carried out to on coming shift and work needed to be done. Also hold a pre shift safety meeting and attend management meeting discussing any safety issues performance and daily plans also carry out inspection at 4 hour intervals .Previous maintenance to different mining machinery working with plc , conveyor s , pumps , hydraulics and different drives. I have experience in fault finding working on valves , electro/mechanical solenoids, couplings and cooling circuits . I have worked with pressures of up to 320bar .
