I am a passionate retail professional. I love to train and teach skills to people just joining the workforce, people new to retail or experienced retail professionals wanting to enhance their skills. My passion for retail comes from my love for great conversation, and wanting to learn. I am a strong believer in excellent customer experience. I took a brief hideous from the retail world and dipped my toes in banking with Wells Fargo. After a few years, many great friendships made, and career goals achieved l, I realized how much I missed face to face customer interactions. I returned to the retail world in several different roles, it took a few more years and one more industry change, and a cross country move to find the right fit in the Sports Industry.
