Multi-Skilled Senior Finance Executive with Extensive Experience in Finance, Operations, Systems, and Acquisitions.As CFO, I was instrumental in leading the growth of a middle-market private-equity backed multi-state environmental services company that led to three different successful sale processes over my tenure. During the most recent sale process, revenue and EBITDA had grown by a factor of 3X in a period of three years resulting in an exceptional return on equity. Over my full 12 year tenure as CFO, growth was approximately 10X. Combining both my business and managerial experience with my PE background, I completed 46 acquisitions for Wind River, led diligence, negotiation, post-closing integration efforts, installed systems and processes to scale as the company grew, optimized capital assets, interfaced with lenders and the board of directors, and generally acted as a business partner to the CEO and Board in any area in which I could be helpful. As a manager, I was responsible for staffing, managing and developing the finance, IT, capital planning and fleet organizations to support accelerated growth and profitability.
