As the shift lead, my role is to operate the anodizing line as needed, help rack new parts and de-rack finished parts, and to monitor waste water in compliance with EPA and city standards. I am also responsible for training new staff. I also complete semi-frequent chemical tests to ensure process conditions are kept within acceptable parameters.
