I pride myself on being reliable and independent whilst supporting organisational requirements.I have completed a Leadership and Management course while working across a number of Support and Production departments and have introduced improvements that have made the organisation more efficient. These include reducing work pack turnaround from 30 days to 5, supporting aircraft inputs by identifying priority Workshop repairs and ensuring they are returned to the aircraft within agreed timeframes, and working alongside a team to reduce handback checks from 54 days to 30 by improving communication and awareness between all stakeholders.
