Successfully identified sites for distributed wind turbine development. Negotiated option and lease agreements to host 500kW wind turbines. Managed the team that carried out screening, grid and planning applications. Formed a JV to sell on consented sites and developed successful sites in England, Wales and Scotland.

As Customer Operations Manager for the UK I had responsibility for all operational aspects of the UK businesses. I oversaw installation, servicing and maintenance of wind turbines. Stood as a candidate in a 2016 Cornwall Council by-election as was elected as the Cornwall Councillor for Four Lanes. During my time as a Councillor I was a member of the Housing and Environment Pack.

Capture Energy was a renewable energy contractor, installing Wind turbines, Solar PV, Biomass Boilers and Heat Pumps. I founded Capture Energy in 2006 and was responsible for all aspects of the business, including; raising investment capital, business planning, sales and operations. As a result I have experience in all aspects of an SME with a strong emphasis on business development from concept to profitability.
