- Using Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise to positively impact clinical and financial outcomes through project facilitation, project management, data analysis, and training- Grow the Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Lean, and Black Belt programs to maximize a "hub and spokes" model for the Health System- Work closely with consultants to improve hospital-wide flow and throughput processes

Expanded responsibilities from Management Engineer include leading the training of others in Mission's quality infrastructure, further training of the PI department's Quality Improvement Advisor I's, expansion of the facilitation of LSS projects, and helping Hospital departments with strategic planning.

Responsible for orienting and training Lean and Six Sigma health care project Sponsors and team members to the highest standards of Lean Six Sigma methodology.Responsible for applying this methodology and coaching / leading DMADV, DMAIC, Kaizen, Express Workout, and other PI projects in a healthcare setting that is new to Lean Six Sigma.

Compiling and Analyzing Quality Performance Improvement data for the Transplant Dept at UNCH.
