--Use Maximo Asset Management system to direct maintenance actions, review machine drawings and blueprints, order repair parts, and manage emergency, corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance--Monitor performance metrics such as mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time to break-fix (MTBF)--Supervise daily maintenance activities of a team consisting of approximately 30 electrical and mechanical skilled trades --Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and production teams to plan and supervise construction and maintenance projects--Analyze and understand complex problems, diagnosis equipment malfunctions, and determine corrective actions in a high pace, high pressure manufacturing environment--Coordinate with production teams to meet build schedules, quality metrics, and employ business plan deployment (BPD)--Responsible for the efficient use of personnel, material, and equipment--Communicate with union representatives to achieve mutual goals and adhere to terms of local and national labor agreements--Implement, supervise, and enforce safety protocols, low frequency/high risk tasks, and workplace organization
