PROCESS AND SYSTEMS: Developed innovative marketing materials and implemented a customer relation management system – improving effectiveness of inquiry to enrollment communication and conversion; Converted to paperless application process increasing counselor and file reader productivity; Designed new process for applicant interview – an interactive exercise producing a visual representation of the interview to share with parents and faculty; Created and implemented structured applicant evaluation rating process; Developed process for managing student retention, reducing attrition such that for six years running the school beat the NAIS average. DATA ANALYSIS: Built five-year enrollment and net-tuition revenue forecast that has been 97% accurate for the coming year and 95% accurate five years out; Evaluated annually 350 new and returning financial aid applications on deadline to assess capacity to pay and make recommendations to the Committee for $12M in annual awards. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversaw transition to new student information system for admission and new financial aid system; Developed new inbound marketing events; Developed unique replacements for traditional viewbooks.
