- Responsible for personnel resourcing, construction program management, tactical employment, and disaster recovery operations for a 580-person Naval Mobile Construction Battalion, better known as the "Seabees". Planned and executed the successful deployment to 14 sites throughout the U.S. Indo-Pacific region completing a myriad of construction projects, coordinating country clearances, transportation, and all aspects of life support and material procurement, while maintaining readiness to conduct Major Combat Operations. - Executed contingency construction in the most remote and austere environments including humanitarian and civil assistance projects focusing on education, health/medical, and sanitary facilities for underserved populations in remote Pacific Island nations.

Served as primary instructor providing Level “C” Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) training, Advanced Evasion training, and Advance SERE pre-deployment High-Risk-of-Isolation briefs to DoD personnel. •Provided oversite, coordination, planning and implementation of the field phase and resistance phases of training. Directed SERE field phase Leading Petty Officers who were directly responsible for executing guidelines dictated in the Executive Agents Instruction(EAI) from JPRA. •Responsible for leading 23 military and 14 civilian contractor SERE Instructors in Field & Resistance Phase of training, training over 10,000 DOD personnel. •Selected to serve as the IUT Course Manager charged with the substantial responsibility of training the next generation of SERE Instructors. • Managed the training and qualification process for 50 new instructors.
