Many individuals are their own worst enemies simply because they do not understand how they may be sabotaging their own success. I come alongside them to identify these obstacles and train/coach them to improve their performance.When you take a 100-year-old home, tear it down to the studs, and rebuild it like I have done, you learn many things … things like starting with a plan, but preparing for the unexpected, creative problem solving, and stretching a budget.
