in my career thus far, I spent four years working for Douglas Electric and Lighting in Maryland while I completed my apprenticeship. during my tenure there, I was heavily involved in 3 very large out of the ground commercial projects that taught me a great deal about lighting control, fire alarm systems, general premise wiring and power distribution. My career led me to the central Pennsylvania market upon completion of my apprenticeship where I worked for Leer Electric. Leer was a three year period refining my skills with managing personnel while completing large volumes of work. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, my time at Leer forced me to learn how to manage my assigned projects with minimal man power and resources while still being profitable for the company. I learned a great deal about industrial service and maintenance during my three years there which is what led me to MasterBrand. During my time with MBC, I have broadened my skill set by learning the basics of hydraulics, pneumatics and machine modification and repair.
